Customer care
A clear message makes it easier to resolve questions about digital products, order details, printing and release announcements.
If you have a question before ordering, tell us which product or design collection you are considering and what you need to know. It may be a question about what is included, a file format, printing requirements or the permitted uses of the artwork. Sharing the product name helps us answer without asking you to repeat information.
For general inspiration, explore the FAQ and occasion-specific collections first. Those pages cover many common questions and may provide a helpful answer even outside business hours.
When reporting a missing, incorrect or faulty digital file, include the order number, the email address entered at checkout and the product name. Explain what happened in a sentence or two. For a file that will not open, a screenshot of the error can help; avoid attaching sensitive personal information.
If the issue is a missing email, check spam, junk and promotions folders first. Confirm the address you used when ordering. If your files haven't arrived within 1 business day of payment, send us your order number and we'll resend them. The Delivery Policy explains the delivery window, and the Refund Policy explains the 14-day request period for eligible problems.
Printing results vary by paper, printer and software. If you need help understanding a print issue, describe your printer or print-shop setup, the paper size you selected and the difference between your expected and actual result. A photo of the misprint may help you explain the issue.
Start with basic checks: print preview, page scaling, margins, colour settings and a single test sheet. A digital printable is the design file, not a guarantee of identical output on every printer. For ideas about preparing prints, see the guide on our homepage.
The Free Gifts page currently previews design sets whose downloadable files have not launched. Similarly, the personalized gift creator is under development. If your question relates to availability, please specify which set or feature you want to hear about.
You can also join the Gift Library Club for announcements. Submitting that form does not immediately deliver a file, and our contact team cannot promise a release date that has not been announced.
Gift Libraries lists its contact details and support hours on this page. Messages received outside those hours may be handled on the next business day. Before writing, gather the information relevant to your question so the first reply can be useful.
For safety, never send payment card numbers, passwords, verification codes or other sensitive credentials through the contact form or email. The Privacy Policy explains how contact and order information is handled.
If you are planning around a fixed event date, explain your intended project and which file detail matters most. You might need to know whether a listing includes a particular format, whether a template is editable or whether a certain print size is suitable. Those questions are easier to answer when linked to the specific product page.
Remember that a styled product image can show envelopes, frames or other props which are not included unless explicitly listed. Asking about the package contents before ordering is entirely reasonable, especially when you have a special printing requirement.
A helpful support message begins with a short description of the problem, the affected product and the stage at which it occurred. For a file error, mention the file type and software used. For a missing email, include the relevant order reference and confirm the email address originally provided.
Avoid sending unrelated personal information. Support rarely needs payment card numbers or passwords in order to investigate ordinary order questions. If a screenshot helps, review it before sharing to ensure it does not expose private data unnecessarily.
The contact form can also help visitors explain broken links, unclear wording, accessibility difficulties or confusing page navigation. Mention which page you were viewing, what you expected and what happened instead. A short description of your device or browser may make an interface issue easier to reproduce.
For problems covered by published policies, the FAQ and legal pages provide a good starting point. You can still write if the available explanation does not fit your situation. Details of the free design sets and the gift creator, which are still coming soon, are on the free-gift and creator pages.
