Help and useful answers
The quick answers above cover the main policies. This guide explains how to interpret product information, prepare a printable design and find the right help when a problem occurs.
Every listed product is digital. You are viewing artwork and descriptions of files, not a shipment of finished printed items. Check the product title, price, theme and description before ordering. A product image may show cards, envelopes or other styled props to illustrate possible use; only what is explicitly described as included should be assumed part of the bundle.
The four premium bundles cover different needs. The Celebration Box focuses on party details; Holiday Magic on Christmas themes; Memory Keepsake Kit on collage and frame concepts; Ultimate Gift Library on a broad range of occasions. Compare them through the shop guide.
Once you have a downloadable file, check the format and expected page size before choosing print settings. A PDF may be suited to straightforward document printing, while image formats can have different scaling and quality controls. Print a test copy first, especially if your paper has an unusual finish or your printer crops close to the edge.
Printing at home provides convenience, while a local print shop may offer heavier paper, larger formats or professional trimming. Those are separate services and costs, not components of a digital product purchase. Save your original file and keep any adjustments in a separate copy.
The store's licence covers personal, non-commercial use. Making printed gifts for friends or family is different from redistributing the source files or selling printed copies. Check the Terms of Service for the binding rules and contact support if your intended use is unclear.
Giving a physical card does not grant the recipient a licence to reproduce or resell the original digital artwork. If you are preparing materials for an organization, event, shop or promotional campaign, ask about licensing before assuming commercial rights are included.
First check the email address used at checkout and the usual spam and promotions folders. If the delivery window described in the Delivery Policy has passed, send the order number and contact email through the support page. A useful report identifies the product and whether you received anything at all.
The refund page covers situations such as faulty files, incorrect items and undelivered purchases, subject to its 14-day request window. Refund eligibility depends on the policy and applicable legal rights, not simply on whether you have changed your mind.
The premium bundles can be ordered now. You pay by card at checkout, card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and once payment is confirmed the files are emailed to the address entered at checkout — usually within minutes, and at the latest within 1 business day. The free design sets are still previews, not downloadable files, and the personalization creator is not available yet.
Visitors can explore the designs, compare bundles and join the Club for news about the free sets and the creator. For an unresolved question, the Contact page is the direct route to support.
The Free Gifts page shows upcoming design sets and signup links for release updates. Those previews are not currently downloadable files. Premium product pages describe paid digital bundles you can buy now; their files are emailed to you once payment is confirmed.
When comparing the two, focus on what is actually available today, not only on the words printed on a promotional card. A preview may be useful for choosing a style while still being unavailable to download. If in doubt, use the product description and the store's current availability notices.
The standard personal-use licence is intended for printing gifts for yourself, friends or family. It is not permission to resell the source artwork, distribute downloaded files publicly or create commercial merchandise. Sharing a finished personal card is a different activity from uploading the original printable file.
If your proposed use involves a business, charity promotion, public campaign or paid event materials, read the Terms of Service carefully. Contact support for clarification where the licence does not specifically cover your situation.
If a card looks too small or crops at the edges, revisit page scaling and the print preview. If colours look unexpectedly dark, remember that printer ink, paper type and display settings influence the result. For a blurry print, confirm that the file is being used at its intended size rather than enlarged beyond its source resolution.
A single test sheet can save an entire batch of supplies. A local print shop may help when you need heavier paper, trimming or sizes your home printer does not handle. The printing article expands on each of these steps.
